创新是一个民族可持续发展的不竭动力,它的意义不言而喻,然而,人的创新意识并不是与生俱来的,它是一种后天的复杂的个性品质,是人对客体的一种自觉的、积极的、充满热情的认知倾向。创新能力是一种积极发现问题、探索问题的趋向和能力,是社会进步和发展的需要和动力。小学教育承担着为提高全体公民素质打基础的任务,因此我们应当把培养学生创新能力摆在首要位置,培养出更多的高素质优秀人才。
Innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for the sustainable development of the nation. Its significance is self-evident. However, human consciousness of innovation is not inherent. It is a acquired complex personality trait, A conscious, positive, passionate cognitive tendency. Innovative ability is a tendency and ability to actively discover and explore problems and is the need and motivation for social progress and development. Primary education undertakes the task of laying a foundation for improving the quality of all citizens. Therefore, we should give top priority to cultivating students’ innovative ability and cultivate more high-quality and talented people.
