采用高效液相色谱法对58例脑梗死患者红胞膜磷脂各组分进行了测定,并与红细胞膜流动性,红细胞变形能力进行了相关分析。结果表明,患者红细胞膜总磷脂(TPL)、磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)含量降低,胆固醇(CHO)、胆固醇与磷脂比值(CHO/TPL)升高,红细胞膜流动性、红细胞变形能力降低。直线相关分析表明,PC与红细胞膜微粘度、红细胞滤过指数呈负相关,PE与红细胞膜微粘度呈负相关,SM(神经鞘磷脂)与红细胞膜微粘度呈正相关。提示脑梗死患者的红细胞膜存在以PC、PE变化为主的磷脂代谢障碍,并对红细胞流变特性产生影响。
The contents of erythrocyte phospholipids in 58 patients with cerebral infarction were determined by HPLC, and the correlations were analyzed with the erythrocyte membrane fluidity and erythrocyte deformability. The results showed that the content of total phospholipid (TPL), phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and the ratio of cholesterol (CHO) , Red blood cell deformability decreased. Linear correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between PC and erythrocyte microviscosity and erythrocyte filtration index, negative correlation between PE and erythrocyte microviscosity, and SM (sphingomyelin) was positively correlated with erythrocyte microviscosity. Tip of patients with cerebral infarction in the presence of PC, PE changes in phospholipid metabolism disorders, and rheological properties of red blood cells have an impact.
