自1989年以来我院应用雷公藤配合小剂量强的松治疗肾病综合征取得较好疗效,现总结分析如下。临床资料雷公藤加强的松治疗肾病综合征(下称治疗组)共52例,均符合全国第二届肾脏疾病学术会议关于原发性肾病综合征的诊断标准,其中肾病综合征Ⅰ型34例,Ⅱ型18例;年龄13～61岁,平均年龄33岁;男性31例,女性21例,入院时病程最短13天,最长达9年。另以1986年以来应用强的松及(或)环磷酰胺治疗的病例共53例为对照组,经比较其性别、年龄、分型及病程与治疗组在统计学上无显著差别。治疗方法一、治疗组雷公藤片(上海中药制药二厂生产,批号:沪卫药准字[1989]第148号——[中二],该品为去皮雷公藤根的浸膏片,每片含雷公藤干浸膏125mg),每次5～7片,每日2次,共治疗18例;雷公藤
