“我要上高中!我要上大学!”现在,越来越多的残疾学生有着这种强烈的愿望和要求。1992年,我国第一所聋人高级中学在南京成立。随后,其他地方也相继建立了一批聋人高级中学或高中班。10多年来.这些学校为社会培养了一大批合格聋人高中毕业生.为天津理工大学、长春大学等著名聋人高等院校输送了优秀生源,也为聋人自身文化素质的提高和人生价值的充分实现打下了厚实的基础。事实证明,我国聋人普通高中的开办为完善聋教育体系,培养聋人成长成才做出了巨大贡献。办好聋人普通高中,必须树立现代育残成才的教育理念。聋人有着极大的学习潜能。只要教育得当,他们就能充分发挥自己的价值,与健听人一样成为社会主义建设事业的优秀人才。因此,教育应当充分满足他们个体的发展需要。开展高中教育,就是为他们走向大学成为优秀人才架设桥梁。办好聋人普通高中,师资是关键。我们必须通过师德教育,抓好教学基本建设,培养骨干力量,开展继续教育等措施。打造一支学历合格、专业精通、热爱特教的高质量的高中教师队伍。办好聋人普通高中是一项创造性的工作。我们没有现成的经验,因此需要在高中课程设置、教材调整、教学方法创新、现代信息技术运用等方面进行大量的研究和探索。办好聋人普通高中,我们不仅要解决高中自身的问题,也要解决好聋生的义务教育和学前教育的问题,还要解决好高等院校的招生考试和办学等问题。因此,开办聋人普通高中教育,实质上是完善聋教育体系的系统工程。本期,我们仅就聋人普通高中的师资队伍建设、聋人高中教育的管理和发展等问题,约请3所著名聋人高级中学校长撰文,介绍自己的办学经验,分析存在的问题,提出积极的思考和对策,为其他学校和有关部门提供一些借鉴与思考。

Facts have proved that the establishment of China’s deaf ordinary high schools has made great contributions to improving deaf education system and cultivating deaf people. To do a good job of deaf ordinary high school, we must establish a modern educational concept of education. Deaf people have great learning potential. As long as education is appropriate, they will be able to give full play to their own value and, like hearing others, become outstanding talents in the cause of socialist construction. Therefore, education should fully meet the needs of their individual development. To carry out high school education is to set bridges for them to go to university and become outstanding talents. Good deaf ordinary high schools, teachers is the key. We must pass the ethics education, do a good job teaching infrastructure, develop the backbone, carry out continuing education and other measures. To create a qualified, professional proficiency, specializes in teaching high-quality high school teachers. Doing deaf ordinary high school is a creative work. We do not have ready experience, so we need a lot of research and exploration in terms of setting high school curriculum, teaching material adjustment, teaching methods innovation, modern information technology application. We should not only solve the problems of high school itself, but also solve the problems of compulsory education and pre-school education for deaf students. We must also solve such problems as enrollment and examination of higher education institutions and running schools. Therefore, offering deaf ordinary high school education is essentially a systematic project to perfect deaf education system. In this issue, we only asked the three famous deaf senior high school principals to write an essay on their teaching staffing and the management and development of deaf senior high school education. Only by introducing their experience in running a school, analyzing existing problems and putting forward positive suggestions Thinking and countermeasures for other schools and departments to provide some reference and thinking.
