目的探索尼可地尔在冠心病心绞痛中的临床效果观察。方法对我院2011年6月至2012年1月的冠心病心绞痛患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予尼可地尔口服治疗，观察两组的疗效。结果通过对两组患者进行比较观察发现，观察组中显效16例，有效12例，总有效率为93%；对照组中显效13例，有效10例，总有效率为76%。结论尼可地尔对治疗冠心病心绞痛有一定的疗效“,”Objective ] to explore the effects of nicorandil on coronary heart disease angina pectoris clinical effect observation.
