目的:探讨祛风活血化解汤合麝香保心丸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:将64例偏头痛患者按随机方法分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组32例,对照组32例,治疗组采用祛风活血化解汤合麝香保心丸。对照组采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊10mg,2次/d,奈普生0.2,3次/d,两组均15天为1个疗程。1个疗程后观察疗效,结果:治疗后治疗组的痊愈率及总有效率均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:祛风活血化解汤合麝香保心丸治疗偏头痛疗效显著,不良反应少,可在临床广泛应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect of expelling wind, promoting blood circulation and dissolving soup combined with musk heart-protecting pill on migraine. Methods: 64 migraineurs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 32 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with Qufeng Huoxue Decoction and Shexiang Baoxin Pills. Fluconazole hydrochloride capsule 10mg, 2 times / d, Naproxen 0.2, 3 times / d, both groups were 15 days for a course of treatment. After a course of treatment, the curative effect was observed. Results: After treatment, the cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were better than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01) .Conclusion: Heart pill treatment of migraine significant effect, fewer adverse reactions, can be widely used in clinical.
