介绍图书情报机构文化建设中“以人为本”的理念的内容,并从吸引、录用、保持、发展、评价和调整6个环节阐述图书情报机构人力资源开发过程中的文化运作方式,认为从文化建设的角度来看,图书情报机构在人力资源开发过程中,不但要注意吸引人才、使用人才和留住人才,而且要注重培养人才、促进人才的成长和发展,这样才能体现“以人为本”的图书情报机构文化管理的宗旨与目标。
This paper introduces the concept of “people-oriented” in the cultural construction of LIS and elaborates the cultural operation mode in human resource development of LIS from six aspects of attracting, hiring, keeping, developing, evaluating and adjusting. In the perspective of human resources development, library and information agencies should pay attention not only to attract, use and retain talents but also to cultivate and promote the growth and development of their talents in order to embody the “people-oriented” library and intelligence agencies Cultural management objectives and goals.
