现在,已经很少有人用东部的发展经验去套西部的现实了。东部的发展模式多种多样:乡镇企业、家族融资、全国大推销、价格竞争、高薪揽才、把院所专利技术市场化,产品从低端往高端不断过渡、各种销售方法、利用产业、商业城、市化……连管理稍差的国企都竞争不过东部的民企,惶论各种生产要素均相对落后的西部地区了。
Few people now use the development experience of the east to cover the reality of the west. There are a variety of modes of development in the east: township and village enterprises, family financing, national sales, price competition and high salary, marketization of patented technologies in hospitals, continuous transition of products from low end to high end, various sales methods, utilization of industries, Commercial City, Urbanization ... Even the lesser-controlled state-owned enterprises are all contending with private enterprises in the east but are anxious about the backward western regions where all factors of production are relatively backward.
