作者用相似模型研究了气吹式排种器的清种过程。研究表明,锥孔中先后存在着漩涡和类双曲线这两种不同的气体流动状态,以及锥孔中种子相应的两种飞逸模式。查明了种子分层逸出锥孔的规律。阐明了气吹式排种器清种过程的机理。用受力分析进一步解释了第一种飞逸模式的存在。对小球完成飞逸的必要时间及排种盘临界速度作了近似计算。
The authors used a similar model to study the gas-blown seed metering device. The results show that two different gas flow states, vortex and hypoid, exist successively in the conical hole and two corresponding escape modes in the conical hole. The rule of seed layering out of conical hole was found out. Clarified the mechanism of gas blowing seed metering system. The stress analysis further explains the existence of the first escape mode. The approximate time required for the pellet to escape and the critical speed of the seed disk is approximated.
