目的 :研究蛰虫抗肝纤维化的作用。方法 :以腹腔注射猪血清制备大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,以ALT、GGT、TP、Alb、A /G比值、IV .C、LN、HA及肝脏组织病理变化为指标 ,观察蛰虫对大鼠肝纤维化的影响。结果 :蛰虫能提高肝纤维化大鼠TP、ALb含量及A/G比值 ,有降低ALT、GGT、IV .C、LN、HA的作用 ,并能改善肝脏组织病理学变化。结论 :蛰虫有保护肝细胞、减轻肝细胞变性坏死 ,恢复肝细胞结构和功能 ;减少纤维组织增生 ,阻止纤维化发展 ,促进纤维组织降解的作用
Objective: To study the effect of aphid on liver fibrosis. Methods: Hepatic fibrosis model was established by intraperitoneal injection of pig serum. The ALT, GGT, TP, Alb, A/G ratio, IV. C, LN, HA and histopathological changes in the liver were used as indicators to observe the effect of aphid on rats. Effects of liver fibrosis. Results: Aphids could increase the content of TP, ALb and A/G ratio in rats with hepatic fibrosis, reduce the effects of ALT, GGT, IV.C, LN and HA, and improve the histopathological changes in liver. Conclusion: Aphids can protect liver cells, reduce degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes, restore hepatocyte structure and function, reduce fibrous tissue proliferation, prevent the development of fibrosis, and promote the degradation of fibrous tissue.
