故障现象一辆2002款波罗1.4 L轿车,空调不制冷。故障诊断该车空调属于半自动空调,从空调面板上看,很像手动空调的控制面板,但在控制方面,它有很多自动空调的成分。该车采用空调高压传感器(G65)监测空调压力,而非传统的空调压力开关。空调高压传感器上有3根导线,其中黑/紫色导线为电源线,红/白色导线为信号线,棕色导线为搭铁线。空调高压传感器可精确测量空调压力的大小,然后将空调压力信号传至空调控制单元(J301),由空调控制单元经计算、分析后决定是否干涉空调压缩机及散热风扇的工作。该车空调压缩机取消了空调压缩机电磁离合器,而增加了一个空调压缩机电磁调节阀(N280),这就是电控式可变排量空调压缩机,只要发动机运转,空调压缩机就一直在转。空调控制单元通过输出占空比信号来控制空调压缩机电磁调节阀的开度,以达到控制空调压力和流量的目的。值得注意的是,空调压缩机电磁调节阀的线圈电阻较小,只能用占空比信号控制供电,
