乒乓球的搓球技术是一项基本技术,是近台和台内回击下旋球的一种比较稳健的技术,特点是站位近、动作小,回球多在台内进行,其是接对方的发球和伺机反攻的过渡技术。但在训练和比赛中,学生经常出现判断不准、技术动作不到位的现象,搓接下旋球的失误率较高,容易影响到学生练习的自信心和积极性。对此,笔者在多年的训练和比赛中总结出一种“彩球”练习方法,取得了较好的效果。场地与器材:用水彩笔将白色乒乓球间隔涂成彩色的花球。
