[目的]通过观察楂七降脂袋泡茶剂对实验性高脂症大鼠肝组织细胞的影响,探索中药复方制剂对高脂症的有效治疗途径。[方法]以喂高脂饲料方法建立高脂症大鼠模型,以楂七降脂袋泡茶剂高、中、低剂量为治疗组,血脂康治疗为对照组。连续灌胃给药30 d后,测定血脂各项主要指标及形态学显微镜检。[结果]与模型组相比,楂七降脂袋泡茶剂各剂量组及对照组,血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、γ-谷酰基转移酶、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。楂七降脂袋泡茶剂高、中剂量组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。楂七降脂袋泡茶剂各剂量组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,<0.01)。[结论]楂七降脂袋泡茶剂高、中、低剂量治疗组能有效调节实验性高脂症大鼠脂质代谢,从而改善肝功能,为临床运用其防治脂肪肝提供一定的实验研究依据。
[Objective] To observe the effect of hawthorn blood-reducing teabag on hepatic tissue cells of experimental hyperlipidemic rats, and explore the effective treatment of hyperlipidemia by traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription. [Method] The model of hyperlipidemia rats was established by feeding high-fat diet. The high, medium and low doses of Hawthorn seven lipid-lowering teabag were used as the treatment group and Xuezhikang as the control group. After continuous intragastric administration for 30 days, the main indexes of blood lipids and morphological microscopy were determined. [Results] Compared with the model group, each dose group and the control group of hawthorn lipid-lowering teabag, serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, γ-glutamyl transferase, total cholesterol, Glycerol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly lower, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or <0.01). Compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference between each dose group and the control group (P <0.05, <0.01). [Conclusion] Hawthorn seven lipid-lowering teabag high, medium and low dose treatment groups can effectively regulate the lipid metabolism of rats with experimental hyperlipidemia, thus improving liver function and providing some experimental research for its prevention and treatment of fatty liver in accordance with.
