Implementing the readjustment of the state-owned economy is a key to doing a good job in the reform of China’s state-owned economy and realizing the sustained, rapid, and healthy development of the entire national economy. In the current situation where China’s state-owned incremental funds are limited, the state-owned economic structure adjustment is mainly carried out through the reorganization of state-owned stock assets. Since the Third Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, especially at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, the Central Government has proposed a strategic reorganization of the state-owned economy.
