八大在如何正确对待党内不同意见问题上,形成了一些重要的思想观点。它认为党内不同意见有益于党的事业的顺利发展,因此必须允许和鼓励党内不同意见的发表,还要注意保护党内不同意见者的民主权利。但,八大对此只是做了原则性规定,并没有建立起相应的具体保障机制,所以并不能从根本上切实保护党内不同意见者的民主权利。

It believes different views within the Party are conducive to the smooth development of the party’s cause.
