高校校名是学校和城市的一张文化名片,更是公共场所的一种标识。分析校名的标识功能,从标准化的角度,讨论翻译实践中反映出的问题并提出对策,对双语标识英文译法标准建设及翻译实践都有积极的意义。
College name is a school and city culture card, it is a logo of public places. Analyzing the identification function of the school name, discussing the problems reflected in the translation practice and putting forward the countermeasures from the perspective of standardization have a positive meaning for the bilingual construction of English translation standard and the practice of translation.
