目的分析石墨炉原子吸收测定尿镍的影响因素,改良石墨炉原子吸收测定尿镍的方法。方法以Triton X-100+氯化钯混合液作基体改进剂稀释样品直接测定。结果标准曲线在0!g/L~50!g/L范围内线性良好,回归方程:Y=0.00533C-0.0059,相关系数r=0.9991,检出限为:0.58!g/L,样品分析的相对偏差在2.8%~4.3%之间,回收率在92.3%~105.7%之间。结论使用混合基体改进剂测定尿镍,操作简单快速,基底效应小,结果准确可靠,适用于日常工作中尿镍的检测。
Objective To analyze the influence factors of determination of urinary nickel by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and to improve the method of determination of urinary nickel by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods The samples were diluted directly with Triton X-100 + palladium chloride as matrix modifier. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0 μg / L ~ 50 μg / L. The regression equation was Y = 0.00533C-0.0059 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991. The detection limit was 0.58 μg / L. The relative deviation ranged from 2.8% to 4.3% and the recovery rates ranged from 92.3% to 105.7%. Conclusions The nickel matrix is better than the nickel matrix in urine. Conclusions The method of mixed matrix modifier for the determination of urinary nickel is simple, rapid, and has a low base effect with accurate and reliable results. It is suitable for the detection of urinary nickel in routine work.
