中共十一届三中全会短短的5天会议，却实现了伟大的历史转折，这主要是由于当时已具备了实现这一转折的四大条件：社会条件──全国人民盼望把全国的工作中心转到经济建设上来；国际条件──国际形势朝着有利于我国现代化建设方向发展；思想条件──真理标准问题的讨论，使人们解放了思想，加快了摆脱“左”倾错误的步伐；领袖条件──邓小平复出，重新为新时期中国找到了总设计师。四个条件的具备，从而促成了历史伟大转折。
The short five-day meeting of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party achieved a great historic turning point mainly because of the four major conditions for the realization of this turning point at that time: social conditions - the people throughout the country look forward to turning the work of the whole country Centering on economic construction; the discussion of international conditions - the development of the international situation in the direction conducive to the modernization of our country; the ideological conditions - the standard of truth, have liberated people’s thinking and accelerated the pace of getting rid of “leftist” mistakes; Leader Conditions ─ ─ Deng Xiaoping came back again to find the new chief architect for China. Four conditions are available, thus contributing to a great turning point in history.
