本文报告用体外单层半固体琼脂培养法检测38例新生儿脐血粒—巨噬系祖细咆集落(CFU-GM),以观察人脐血造血功能。结果:38例中17例脐血7天CFU-GM产率56.11±74.37/2×10~5((?)±SD),范围10~292/2×10~5,丛38.87土2.27/2×10~5((?)±SD),范围3~145/2×10~5,其中6例14天CFU-GM产率58.67±7.55((?)±SD),范围11~118/2×10~5,以巨大集落为主,≥1000个细胞,该组CFU-GM产率在对照组成人骨髓范围内;21例脐血7天CFU-GM产率20.85±0.55/10~5((?)±SD),范围0~45/10~5,比成人外周血多。可见人脐血富含粒—巨乐造血干/祖细胞。
In this paper, 38 cases of neonatal umbilical cord blood macrophage-derived macrophage colony-stimulating factor (CFU-GM) were detected by monolayer semi-solid agar culture in vitro to observe the hematopoietic function of human umbilical cord blood. Results: The results of CFU-GM yield of 17 cases of cord blood in seven days were 56.11 ± 74.37 / 2 × 10 ~ 5 (± SD) in range of 10 ~ 292/2 × 10 ~ 5 and 2.27 / 2 × 10 ~ 5 (± SD) in the range of 3 ~ 145/2 × 10 ~ 5, of which 6 were 14 days CFU-GM yield of 58.67 ± 7.55 (± SD) × 10 ~ 5, with large colony-dominated, ≥1000 cells, CFU-GM production rate in the control group of adult bone marrow range; 21 cases of cord blood 7 days CFU-GM yield 20.85 ± 0.55 / 10 ~ 5 (?) ± SD), range 0 ~ 45/10 ~ 5, more than adult peripheral blood. Human umbilical cord blood can be seen rich particles - giant leukemia stem / progenitor cells.
