随着国家经济的发展,社会对加强生态环境建设的意识明显增强,苗圃是林业生态建设的基础,而国有苗圃处于育苗生产中的龙头地位,是林木优质种苗的重要生产场地之一。国有苗圃能否实现可持续发展,关系到林业和社会的可持续发展,但近年来国有苗圃的发展现状不容乐观,笔者就这一问题谈一些浅见。
With the development of the national economy, the awareness of the community in strengthening the ecological environment construction has been significantly enhanced. Nurseries are the foundation for the ecological construction of forestry. The leading position of state-owned nurseries in the production of seedlings is one of the important production sites for high quality seedlings of trees. Whether the state-owned nurseries can achieve sustainable development is related to the sustainable development of forestry and society. However, the development status of state-owned nurseries can not be optimistic in recent years. I will make some humble opinions on this issue.
