目的建立测定人血浆中阿莫西林浓度的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱:KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-5mmol/L醋酸铵(1∶9);检测波长:225nm;阿司匹林作为内标,用HPLC法测定人血浆中阿莫西林浓度。结果阿莫西林线性范围为0.40~18.0μg/ml,回归方程Y=0.0048,C-0.0149(r=0.9996);回收率>80%,日内和日间RSD均<10%。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,适用于阿莫西林咀嚼片药代动力学研究及血药浓度监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of amoxicillin in human plasma by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Column: Kromasil C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-5mmol / L ammonium acetate (1: 9); detection wavelength: 225nm; aspirin as an internal standard; HPLC determination of amoxicillin concentration. Results The linear range of amoxicillin was 0.40 ~ 18.0μg / ml. The regression equation was Y = 0.0048, C-0.0149 (r = 0.9996). The recovery was> 80%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for pharmacokinetics and drug concentration monitoring of amoxicillin chewable tablets.
