搞好少数民族新闻传播工作及相关文化建设工作,首要任务是培养人才,培养人才的基本抓手就是要编写适用、好用的少数民族新闻传播学教材。在对这个问题日益强调的背景下,本文认为少数民族新闻传播学教材编撰中需要处理好几对关系,即教材编撰者是价值中立还是价值相涉?教材内容是偏重通则化还是本土化?编写团队构建是趋于集体编撰还是个人编撰?教材的终级指向是学术取向还是指导实践?教材的理论基础和统帅是《少数民族新闻传播学概论》还是《少数民族新闻传播学原理》?本文就上述五个问题提出一些思考和规划建议,以期对相关教材的实际编撰有所作用。
To do a good job in minority news media work and cultural construction, the primary task of training qualified personnel and training qualified personnel is to prepare suitable and useful news media materials for minority nationalities. In the context of the increasing emphasis on this issue, this paper argues that there is a need to handle several relationships in the compilation of textbook materials for minority news media, namely, whether the textbook compilers are value-neutral or value-related, and whether the contents of textbooks are more general or localized. Is the construction of collective compilation or personal compilation? The ultimate goal of teaching materials is to guide the practice or orientation? The theoretical basis and commanding textbook is “Introduction to Minority Journalism and Communication” or “Minority Journalism and Communication Theory” Five questions put forward some thinking and planning suggestions, with a view to the actual preparation of the relevant textbooks play a role.
