一、奥运精神的概念奥林匹克精神的内涵:奥林匹克精神的内涵极为丰富,《奥林匹克宪章》指出,奥林匹克精神就是“相互了解、友谊、团结和公平竞争”。通常它包括“参与原则、竞争原则、公正原则、友谊原则和奋斗原则”。奥林匹克箴言是“更快、更高、更强”它激励青年人超越自我,朝着更高目标迈进这种进取精神,全身心投入。奥林匹克运动追求的理想就是和谐发展的个人,友好互助
I. The Conception of the Olympic Spirit The connotation of the Olympic spirit is that the Olympic spirit is extremely rich in content. The Olympic Charter states that the Olympic spirit is “mutual understanding, friendship, solidarity and fair competition.” Usually it includes “the principle of participation, the principle of competition, the principle of fairness, the principle of friendship and the principle of struggle.” The Olympic Proverbs are “Faster, Higher, Stronger.” It encourages young people to surpass themselves and toward this higher goal with such enterprising spirit and devotion. The ideal pursued by the Olympic Movement is the individual, friendly and mutual assistance for harmonious development
