目的:探讨中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2000年1月至2010年12月妇科病房收治的526例异位妊娠患者的临床资料。结果:526例患者经中西药物治疗后治愈487例(用药1疗程402例,用药2疗程及以上85例),治愈率92.39%。血β-HCG降至正常的时间为12～39天(其中有5例血β-HCG达10 000 ng/mL,降至正常的时间为35～39天);盆腔包块4周内吸收者325例,8周内吸收者108例,12周内吸收者54例。未愈的39例患者因在用药第2～5天时突然出现下腹剧痛,腹部体征明显,急行剖腹探查术。治疗期间有300患者出现恶心、呕吐或者腹泻,经对症处理后好转。结论:中西医结合治疗异位妊娠临床疗效好,且能最大限度的保存输卵管的正常解剖功能,较快恢复生育能力。
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: The clinical data of 526 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to gynecology ward from January 2000 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 526 patients were cured after Chinese and Western medicine treatment of 487 cases (one course of treatment of 402 cases, 2 courses of treatment and more than 85 cases), the cure rate was 92.39%. Blood β-HCG decreased to normal for 12 to 39 days (including 5 cases of blood β-HCG up to 10 000 ng / mL, down to normal for 35 to 39 days); pelvic mass within 4 weeks of the recipient 325 cases, 108 cases in 8 weeks, 54 cases in 12 weeks. 39 cases of unhealed patients in the medication for the first 2 to 5 days when a sudden severe abdominal pain, abdominal signs were obvious, emergency laparotomy. During the treatment of 300 patients with nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, after symptomatic treatment improved. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy clinical efficacy, and can maximize the preservation of the normal oviduct anatomical function, restore fertility faster.
