建国以来我国水泥工业得到很大发展,为我国城乡建设作出巨大贡献。但是应当看到,我国水泥工业还存在不少问题。如何合理开发和充分利用水泥矿产资源,杜绝严重的浪费,就是其中之一。这个问题长期未能引起重视,甚至日趋严重,现在到了必须认真对待的时候了。一水泥矿产资源的浪费,可以说存在于整个开发利用过程,从地质勘探、设计建矿到开采使用,都程度不同地存在各种问题,影响资源的合理开发和充分利用,其中主要的是: (一)对矿石质量要求过高。(二)对矿床开采技术条件要求过于简易。许多设计,一条粗线就把地表以下的资源一笔勾消了。(三)设计储量圈定偏小。(四)采富弃贫,采易弃难。(五)外界对资源的破坏。
Since the founding of our country, great progress has been made in the cement industry in our country and great contributions have been made to the construction of urban and rural areas in our country. However, it should be noted that there are still many problems in China’s cement industry. One of them is how to develop and make full use of cement mineral resources and eliminate serious waste. The issue has long failed to draw the attention, or even worse, of the time it is time to take it seriously. The waste of cement mineral resources can be said to exist in the whole process of development and utilization. From geological exploration, design and construction to exploitation, all kinds of problems exist in varying degrees, affecting the rational development and full utilization of resources. Many designs, a thick line of resources below the surface of a canceled out. (C) design reserves set small. (D) mining rich abandon the poor, mining easy to abandon. (E) the destruction of resources by the outside world.
