硝苯吡啶是一种钙离子拮抗剂。目前在心血管专科运用极为广泛,它的基本药理作用和不良反应在临床工作中已被人们所认识。但对硝苯吡啶引起过敏,近年来未见报导。现将我们观察到硝苯吡啶过敏1例报道如下: 病员,女、58岁。因头昏、眼花、头痛15年余,加重伴心累、气促1年多入院。既往有明确的高血压病史,血压最高可达29/27kpa,院外一直服用复方降压片、罗卜麻、消心痛等治疗,血压仍波动在23～
Nifedipine is a calcium antagonist. Nowadays, it is widely used in cardiovascular specialties. Its basic pharmacological effects and adverse reactions have been recognized in clinical practice. However, nifedipine caused allergies, no reports in recent years. Now we observed nifedipine allergy 1 reported as follows: Patient, female, 58 years old. Due to dizziness, vertigo, headache more than 15 years, increased with heart tired, shortness of breath more than 1 year admission. Previously a clear history of hypertension, blood pressure up to 29 / 27kpa, hospital has been taking compound antihypertensive tablets, Luo Bu Ma, Xiao Hua and other treatment, blood pressure is still fluctuating at 23 ~
