本文探讨了干涉场在空间自由传播过程中,传播距离与位相损失之间的关系。应用衍射理论,在二次曲面近似下给出位相损失与传播距离之间的解析并系,从而为干涉计量的可靠性提供了一个理论依据。
This paper explores the relationship between the propagation distance and the phase loss in the process of free space propagation of the interfering field. By using the theory of diffraction, the analytical solution of phase loss and propagation distance is given in quadratic surface approximation, which provides a theoretical basis for the reliability of interferometric measurement.
