The article reviews the history of 65 years since the founding of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and summarizes a series of innovative achievements such as achievements, talents and thoughts, elaborates on the fine traditions of running the courtyard for democracy, strengthening the personnel with strong talents and opening up the academy, and further clarifies the new Chinese Academy of Sciences in the course of its basic principles and central tasks and looked forward to the grand blueprint achieved by the Chinese Academy of Sciences for realizing the “four pioneers” and its historical role in the process of national scientific and technological progress and national rejuvenation.
