对Fe-Si-Al合金进行了中子衍射试验、电子显微镜观察和磁性能试验,表明合金中存在DO_3型有序转变。有序度对合金磁性能有很大影响,同一成份的合金具有较高的有序度时,其磁性能远优于具有较低有序度时的磁性能。用电镜观察到合金的反相畴界,确定650℃以下是有序转变的最有利温度范围,在此温度范围内,对合金进行缓冷,能够获得极优良的磁性能。
The neutron diffraction experiment, electron microscope observation and magnetic property test of Fe-Si-Al alloy show that DO_3-type ordered transition exists in the alloy. The degree of ordering has a great influence on the magnetic properties of the alloy. The magnetic properties of the alloy with the same composition are much better than those with the lower degree of ordering. The reversed phase boundary of the alloy was observed by electron microscope, and the most favorable temperature range of orderly transition below 650 ℃ was determined. In this temperature range, the alloy was slowly cooled to obtain excellent magnetic properties.
