目的通过对舰艇员的工作能力进行调查,了解舰艇员的工作能力现状,为提高和维护舰艇员作业能力提供科学依据。方法用工作能力指数(work ability index,WAI)量表对759名舰艇员的工作能力进行调查。结果 759名舰艇员WAI平均得分为(38.47±7.44)分,工作能力分级为“工作能力好”。但仍有32.6%舰艇员工作能力分级处于工作能力弱或中等。结论相当比例舰艇员工作能力处于弱或中等,应进行修复和提高。
Objective To investigate the navigators’ ability to work to understand the present situation of the navigators’ ability to work and provide scientific evidence for enhancing and maintaining navigators’ ability to work. Methods The ability of 759 crew members to work was investigated using the Workability Index (WAI) scale. Results The average WAI score of 759 sailors was (38.47 ± 7.44) points, and their working ability was rated as “good working ability”. However, 32.6% of naval crew members still have weak or medium working capacity. Conclusions A considerable proportion of naval crews are weak or moderate in their ability to work and should be repaired and upgraded.
