“责任价格控制法”是陕西内燃机配件一厂厂长马宏业同志创造的一种企业管理方法。它的成功推行,引起了国内经济界的重视。为此我们进行了考察,并将该法的一些具体做法作些介绍。(一)制订价格责任价格制订的合理与否,对全厂经济效益和考核起着十分重要的作用。该厂制订责任价格的方法是以企业各单位的现有实际水平为准,参照本企业历史最高水平及同行业平均先进水平,并考虑单位任务、人员、设备情况来制订。“责任价格”为动态值,需根据企业生产能力、技术水平、劳动条件等情况的不断变
