国家自2005年5月1日起调整部分高耗能产品的出口退税率:将煤炭、钨、锡、锌、锑及其制品的出口退税率下调为8%,取消稀土金属、稀土氧化物、稀土盐类,金属硅、钼矿砂及其精矿、轻重烧镁、氟石、滑石、碳化硅、木粒、木粉、木片的出口退税政策。该项调整对出口比例较高的相关公司厦门钨业(占48.9%)、锡业股份(占42.3%)和中金岭南(占24.3%)将有不同程度影响。
The state will adjust the export tax rebate rate of some high-energy-consuming products as of May 1, 2005: the export tax rebate rate of coal, tungsten, tin, zinc, antimony and their products will be reduced to 8%, and the rare earth metals, rare earth oxides, Rare earth salts, metal silicon, molybdenum ore and concentrate, burned magnesium, fluorite, talc, silicon carbide, wood grain, wood flour, wood chips export tax rebate policy.
