针对冷轧连续退火线带钢跑偏问题,首先对冷轧带钢跑偏的内在机理“螺旋效应”进行了研究,并进一步分析了锥、凸、凹辊效应,带钢不良板型,带钢镰刀弯,夹送辊两侧压力不均等情况对带钢跑偏的影响。其次,介绍了冷轧纠偏的基本策略,并探讨了3种主要纠偏辊的原理及特点,即比例效应纠偏辊,积分效应纠偏辊及比例积分效应纠偏辊。最后,以EMG纠偏控制系统为例,介绍了EMG自动纠偏系统的基本组成及控制原理。
In order to solve the problem of strip running deviation in cold-rolled continuous annealing line, the inherent mechanism of “helical effect” of the cold-rolled strip is investigated firstly. The effects of conical, convex and concave roll, , Strip sickle bend, pinch roller on both sides of the uneven pressure on the strip deviation. Secondly, the basic strategies of cold roll correction are introduced, and the principle and characteristics of three kinds of main correction roll are discussed, that is, the proportional effect correction roll, the integral effect correction roll and the proportional integral effect correction roll. Finally, taking EMG correction control system as an example, introduces the basic composition and control principle of EMG automatic correction system.
