项目地址中国深圳项目面积350m~2设计单位墨森国际设计机构本案位处深圳福田保税区,是墨森国际设计机构为一家景观设计机构打造的办公空间。业主希望在深圳这个繁忙的都市中能有一方自然、恬静的工作场域,在办公时也能充分享受庭院、绿意与自然。为了满足业主的设计诉求,设计师进行了多番实地考察。设计前的原建筑有5.8米高,裸露的原始天花,一整面的落地玻璃窗等结构肌理特征,具备了先天的LOFT风格特质。在此基础上,设计师希望能在保留简素的框架之余,架构出绿意盎然兼具自由精神的办公场境。
Project Address Shenzhen, China Project Area 350m ~ 2 Design Institute Meissen International Design Agency The case is located at Futian Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen. It is an office space created by Meissen International Design Agency as a landscape design agency. The owners hope that there will be a natural and quiet workplace in Shenzhen’s busy metropolis and that they can fully enjoy the courtyards, greenery and nature at work. In order to meet the owners of the design requirements, designers conducted many field trips. Before the design of the original building is 5.8 meters high, bare primrose, a whole floor texture features such as floor windows, with inherent LOFT style characteristics. On this basis, the designers hope that while retaining the simple framework, I will construct a green and free-spirited office environment.
