笔者发现如何培养符合市场需求的高职人才是我国职业教育工作者迫切需要解决的问题。我院与澳大利亚北悉尼学院TAFE旅游管理专业合作办学,学习TAFE模式中以职业能力为中心的人才培养方法,希望能更好的解决学生就业的问题。但是澳洲TAFE模式在推广和应用中不能一味地照搬,一定要结合当地旅游业的发展需要和学院的发展方向因地制宜。
The author finds out how to cultivate higher vocational talents in line with the market demand is an urgent problem to be solved by our country’s vocational education workers. Our college cooperates with the TAFE Tourism Management Program of North Sydney University in Australia to learn how to cultivate talent in the TAFE model with professional competence as the center and hopes to solve the problem of employment of students better. However, the Australian TAFE model in the promotion and application can not blindly copy, must be combined with the development needs of the local tourism and the direction of the development of the college to suit one’s measures.
