本周A股市场否极泰来,上证指数一度跌破3000点关口,收于3557点。沪深300收于3803.12点,一周上涨16.21%,一周震幅高达25%。两市成交成倍放大,上海市场日均成交额从上一周的609亿升至1236亿元;深圳市场由290亿增加到517亿。政策利好成为A股市场企稳回升的催化剂。20日晚证监会突然召开新闻发布会,公布《上市公司解除限售存量股份转让指导意见》,对备受市场关注的股改限售股解禁进行规范,规定持有解除限售存量股份的股东预计未来一个月内公开出售
