作者对34名18～21岁实习护士上臂皮下接种0.5ml OKA-RIT株水痘减毒活疫苗.分别于免疫前及免疫后1～2月、5～8月、11～14月和32～40月采血样.用补体结合试验(CFT)、ELISA和免疫荧光试验(IFT)测定抗体.以体外对水痘带状疱疹病毒(VZV)的淋巴细胞转化试验测定细胞免疫(CMI).并将咽拭液与人胎肺纤维细胞共同培养作病毒分离.接种后有5人出现轻微副反应.2人发生水痘,但无带状疱疹病例,病毒分离均阴性.IFT测定结果,接种后1～2月血清IgG阳转率为88%:5～8月为94%:11～14月仍为94%:32～40月下降为64%.接种后1～2月
In the study, 34 live nurses from 18 to 21 years old were inoculated subcutaneously with 0.5ml OKA-RIT strain varicella live attenuated vaccine in the upper arms of the nurses, respectively, before and after immunization 1 ~ 2 months, 5 ~ August, 11 ~ 14 months and 32 ~ 40 Blood samples were taken on a monthly basis.
