分析了消失模铸造铸铁件金属渗透缺陷的形成机理, 指出涂层开裂是造成金属渗透的主要原因。建立模型分析了涂层开裂的原因, 运用材料力学的理论建立了涂层开裂的判据, 并在生产现场进行验证。
The formation mechanism of metal penetration defects of cast iron castings was analyzed. It is pointed out that cracking of coating is the main reason of metal penetration. The model was established to analyze the reason of coating cracking. The criterion of cracking of coating was established by using the theory of material mechanics and validated on the production site.
