Lack of sources for training courses at all levels of libraries has drawn the attention of the library community. For instance, the “Ancient Chinese” class started in 1989 is one-sixth of the number of “Japanese” classes in 1984; Radio and Television University level eight or eight students in library science are a quarter of the students in grades eight and five; There are some training courses originally planned to be run. Due to the small number of trainees, they have to push back the opening dates or simply suspend the operation. On the one hand, the quality of librarians urgently needs improvement in order to meet the needs of social development. On the other hand, the number of students in all kinds of training courses dropped sharply, making it hard for the education and training functions of the library to be exerted. This issue merits serious study.
