前列腺增生症的手术方式中,到目前为止仍以耻骨上膀胱内应用最为广泛。但前列腺手术的止血问题一直被大家所关注。现将我院1981年—1993年100例手术病人分别行膀胱颈气囊压迫止血和气囊直接压迫在腺窝内止血的疗效报告如下。
