morfeo有限元仿真软件是比利时CENAERO公司开发的模拟软件,它可以模拟搅拌摩擦焊过程中的温度场、流动以及应力场。模型采用交错热流耦合分析,可以使用欧拉法及拉格朗日法;材料本构采用热粘塑性;温度场计算考虑塑性变形生成的热量;流场结果与一系列的实验结果进行了比较,试验采用铜箔与铜线的方式,嵌入到焊缝周围的各种位置,焊接后在各个截面上进行金相分析。
Morfeo finite element simulation software is a simulation software developed by Belgium CENAERO company, it can simulate the friction stir welding process temperature field, flow and stress field. The model uses staggered heat and fluid coupling analysis, Euler method and Lagrangian method can be used. The material constitutive model uses the thermal viscoplasticity. The temperature field calculates the heat generated by the plastic deformation. The flow field results are compared with a series of experimental results. The experiment adopts the way of copper foil and copper wire, embedded in various places around the weld, and metallurgical analysis on each section after welding.
