天津站位于天津市中心,是天津市最主要的交通枢纽。站区办作为新天津站地区的综合管理协调机构,为了落实市委、市政府提出的建设“五星级”站区目标,于2008年8月成立了站区办学雷锋志愿服务队,在抓好站区管理的同时长期开展志愿服务活动,深受各级领导与社会群众的好评。高度重视,大力度教育,形成服务长效化和服务自觉性站区办承担着40万平方米地区的管理和服务
