MTS道路模拟试验系统,系长汽所引进的多激励系统的模拟设备,共有二套,即六通道、轮胎连接、垂直道路模拟设备一套与十通道、轴连接、三轴向道路模拟设备一套。作者通过一年多的实践与应用,提出了模拟试验中有关技术问题,供大家讨论,希望能促进多激励系统的模拟试验技术如模拟条件与准则,模拟试验精度估计等的开展和共同提高。限于篇幅本刊仅选用应用部份。MTS模拟设备原理部份从略。
MTS road simulation test system, the Department of Automobile introduced a multi-incentive system simulation equipment, a total of two sets, namely, six-channel, tire connection, vertical road simulation equipment and a set of 10-channel, shaft connection, set. After more than a year of practice and application, the author put forward some technical problems in simulation experiments for discussion, hoping to promote the multi-excitation system simulation test techniques such as simulation conditions and criteria, simulation test accuracy estimation and so on. Due to space limitations, we only use the application part. MTS analog equipment principle omitted.
