建立了万向节叉热成形工艺的刚粘塑性有限元模型 ,分析了在不同毛坯尺寸下万向节叉热成形过程的成形情况及可能产生的缺陷 ,为获得合理的毛坯尺寸提供了理论依据。

The rigid visco-plastic finite element model of universal joint hot forming process was established. The forming process and possible defects of universal joint fork thermoforming under different blank sizes were analyzed, which provided a theoretical basis for obtaining a reasonable blank size .
