为了利用正电子发射断层成像来研究[18F]氟代脱氧葡萄糖在体内代谢节,用血池感兴趣区法与标准输入函数法相结合的方法,无损确定代谢模型的输入曲线。在三维动态图像中,选择主动脉在远离主要代谢器官的部分作为感兴趣区,提取时间活度曲线,再利用基于人群得到的标准输入曲线进行部分拟合来减小噪声,得到输入曲线。通过仿真实验对200套带有不同噪声和污染影响的输入曲线进行处理,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。该方法已应用于临床数据处理,可以用于临床动态成像中无损确定输入曲线。
In order to investigate the metabolic section of [18F] fluorodeoxyglucose in vivo using positron emission tomography, the input curve of the metabolic model was determined non-destructively using a combination of the blood pool of interest region method and the standard input function method. In the three-dimensional dynamic image, select the aorta as the region of interest far away from the main metabolic organs, extract the time activity curve, and then use the standard input curve based on the population to perform partial fitting to reduce the noise to obtain the input curve. Through simulation experiments, 200 sets of input curves with different noise and pollution effects are processed, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. The method has been applied to clinical data processing, which can be used for non-destructive input curve in clinical dynamic imaging.
