目的 :临床评价东菱精纯克栓酶治疗脑梗塞患者的疗效。方法 :所选病例按发病时间分为 4组 ,观察治疗前后临床疗效、实验室指标及脑梗塞体积的变化。结果 :治疗前与治疗后各组疗效差异显著。纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积变化明显 (P <0 .0 1) ;脑梗塞体积亦有明显变化 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :东菱精纯克栓酶是治疗脑梗塞的理想药物 ,并且治疗愈早临床疗效愈好
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the curative effect of dianling Jing Ke thrombin in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: The selected cases were divided into 4 groups according to the onset time, and the changes of clinical curative effect, laboratory indexes and cerebral infarction volume were observed before and after treatment. Results: Before and after treatment, the differences between groups were significant. Fibrinogen and hematocrit changes significantly (P <0.01); cerebral infarction volume also had significant changes (P <0.05). Conclusion: Dongling Jing Ke thrombin enzyme is the ideal drug for the treatment of cerebral infarction, and the earlier the clinical efficacy of treatment is better
