随着锂电产业的迅猛发展,对高纯氟化锂(Li F)的需求日益显现。综述了国内外氟化锂的生产技术,并阐述了一种提高电池级氟化锂的纯度和活性的方法。利用该方法可使制得的氟化锂主质量分数达到99.99%;氮吸附比表面积达到450~900 m2/g,堆积密度提高40%~50%,利于合成锂离子电池电解质六氟磷酸锂及其他重要锂电材料。
With the rapid development of the lithium industry, the demand for high purity lithium fluoride (LiF) is increasingly apparent. The production technology of lithium fluoride at home and abroad is reviewed, and a method to improve the purity and activity of battery grade lithium fluoride is described. The method can make the main mass fraction of the prepared lithium fluoride reach 99.99%, the specific surface area of the nitrogen adsorption reaches 450-900 m2 / g and the bulk density increases by 40% -50%, which is favorable for synthesizing lithium ion battery electrolyte lithium hexafluorophosphate and other important lithium batteries material.
