以广州市白山村村庄规划为例,通过“自下而上”的公众参与反映村民的实际诉求,通过“自上而下”的实施计划促使规划落地,可操作性较高,以期能为广州市今后村庄规划与建设提供新思路。
Taking the village planning of Baishan Village in Guangzhou as an example, the actual demands of villagers are reflected through public participation of “bottom-up”, and the plan is launched through “top-down” implementation plan. Therefore, With a view to provide new ideas for the planning and construction of Guangzhou’s future villages.
