下肢深静脉血栓常用的术语就是LDVT。这个病症一般比较常见于一些外科手术后所引发的并发症,这种病症一旦严重起来会危及到患者的性命。所以关注LDVT的产生原因并在找出病症后对其进行针对性的防治,这样才能有效的提高病人的存活率[1]。本文主要是探讨在病人进行直肠癌手术之后所产生的LDVT的症状。结合特定的案例来进行分析,我们主要选取了8例曾做过直肠癌手术并引发的LDVT,对这8例进行细化分析,我们的8例病人中,有7例是在手术后平均10天的样子产生的这种病症,而仅剩的那一例是发展在病人术后的两年,这种是比较具有偶然性的,可以说,直肠癌手术后产生的LDVT是有可能的,而他们的发生原因却是多种多样的,比如说截石位手术进行的后遗症等,只有充分且及时的了解病症原因,才能具体的来优化之后的治疗方案,这是治疗LDVT最关键的因素[2]。它是比较常见的一种血管病,它甚至会演变成深静脉综合征,而且也有危害生命的可能性。而随着人口的增加,我们必须注意到,目前的截石位手术越来越多了,我们必须学会有效的控制这种并发症,才能克服治疗直肠癌上的难题,保障病人的生命。
The term commonly used in deep vein thrombosis is LDVT. This condition is generally more common in some postoperative complications caused by surgery, once the serious illness will endanger the lives of patients. So pay attention to the causes of LDVT and find out the disease after its targeted prevention and control, so as to effectively improve the patient’s survival rate [1]. This article focuses on the symptoms of LDVT that occur after patients undergo rectal cancer surgery. Combined with the specific case analysis, we mainly selected 8 cases of LDVT had done rectal cancer surgery and caused by the thinning analysis of these 8 cases, 8 of our patients, 7 cases after surgery in an average of 10 Days of appearance of the disease, and the remaining case is developed in patients with two years after surgery, this is more accidental, we can say that LDVT after rectal cancer surgery is possible, and they The reason is a variety of occurrence, such as lithotomy surgery sequelae, etc., only a full and timely understanding of the cause of the disease, to the specific optimization of the treatment program, which is the most critical factor in the treatment of LDVT [2 ]. It is a more common form of vascular disease that can even evolve into deep vein syndrome and has the potential to endanger life. With the population increase, we must note that the current lithotomy position more and more surgery, we must learn to effectively control this complication in order to overcome the difficulties in the treatment of rectal cancer and protect the patient’s life.
