Malignant lentigo pleomorphism is pre-malignant damage to melanocytes confined to the epidermis. It is commonly seen on the face and neck of elderly people. The skin lesions slowly enlarge and eventually develop into malignant melanoma. They are usually surgically resected but often suffer from lesions. Size and location restrictions. This article reports the application of cryotherapy to achieve satisfactory results.
